FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Will County Board Member Steve Balich Endorses James Marter for IL Senate
Will County, IL - February 28, 2016
I officially endorse James Marter for Illinois Senate. I am disgusted with the voting record of Mr. Kirk who is really in my opinion is more like a Liberal Democrat who is contrary to the concept of less Government, Taxes, and Regulations. He believes Obama should be allowed to put a new Supreme Court Judge on the bench without any fight. He votes with the Democrats on most everything except defense. Mark Kirk is a garbage politician that needs to be thrown out.
James Marter is the true Republican Candidate!!!!! James represents the Conservative Principals that make the Republican party different from the Democrats who have now publicly bought into Socialism. James believes in a limited Government with less taxes and regulations. James would vote to prosecute Planned Parenthood for selling aborted and live baby parts as shown on the video’s. James would make sure his votes were for a strong defense. James would defend the Constitution as it was written. James Marter would not endorse Dick Durbin or give in to the progressive Democrat concept of a socialist U.S. James believes in the importance of our right to bear arms.
Despite being the far better Candidate, James Marter needs support with money to get his message out. Kirk is afraid to debate him. The media is not talking about him since the media is a socialist Democrat operation for the most part. Any donation will help in these last few weeks before the election ends. More important, VOTE .

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is endorsing James Marter today in his bid to unseat the illegal immigrant amnesty supporting Senator from Illinois, Mark Kirk.
US Senator Mark Kirk is a target for removal from office on ALIPAC's "Cantor List" because Mark Kirk was one of only 14 Republican Senators that actually voted with all the Democrats to pass the Gang of Eight's amnesty bill S. 744 in 2013. Senate Bill 744 would have given 10-20 million illegal aliens in America a path to citizenship, voting rights, and eventual dominance of US elections.
Senator Kirk's S. 744 S. would have cost US taxpayers trillions of dollars in future federal expenses, while leaving our states open to further invasion and larger future waves of unstoppable illegal immigration. The bill, backed by Marco Rubio, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Harry Reid, and Barack Obama would have also cost millions of Americans their jobs, while causing American wages to fall even lower, and would have increased the number of Americans being killed by illegal immigrants each year due to the nonenforcement of our existing immigration laws that are undermined by such amnesty legislation.
"Thank God the true American conservatives stopped Senator Mark Kirk's illegal immigrant amnesty bill in the US House," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Kirk listens to the voices of the Democrats and Chamber of Commerce instead of his Republican constituents on the issues of amnesty and illegal immigration. We will do all we can to help James Marter retire Senator Mark Kirk whose support of Rubio and Obama's amnesty bill should cost him the support of most Republican primary voters. Eric Cantor never actually voted for amnesty like Senator Kirk has!"
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Endorses James Marter
Atlanta, GA - February 22, 2016
Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund (TPPCF) Chairman Jenny Beth Martin released the following statement today announcing the organization’s endorsement of James Marter for the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Mark Kirk:
“James Marter is a strong advocate for economic freedom, personal freedom, and a debt-free future. He has promised to work to repeal ObamaCare, oppose amnesty for illegal immigrants, and stand firm on the Constitution when it comes to considering judicial appointments. He has won the support of our local affiliate Tea Party organizations and leaders, and has convinced us he can be counted to work to inject our shared conservative values into the Senate GOP cloakroom – a place that sorely needs them.
“Running against an incumbent is never easy. And when you’ve chosen to take on an incumbent member of your own party in a primary contest, the challenge is even greater. It is not an endeavor for the faint of heart. The very fact that James would offer himself as an alternative to his rather more moderate – dare I say, “squishy?” – opponent is a testament to the fact that he’s got the intestinal fortitude necessary to stand strong on behalf of his constituents once he gets to Washington.
“On behalf of Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund, I am pleased to endorse James Marter for the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate.”
Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund is committed to equipping grassroots activists at the state and local level with the tools and resources needed to hold elected officials and government accountable and elect new and qualified candidates. Chicago Ward GOP Org censures Kirk; endorses GOP challenger James Marter
CHICAGO, IL - December 16, 2015
A Republican organization in Chicago censured incumbent U.S. Senator Mark Kirk Tuesday night, and withdrew their support during the upcoming GOP primary, tossing it to Kirk's challenger, James Marter.
The Chicago's 11th Ward GOP is the third Republican group to have publicly condemned Kirk's voting record in the U.S. Senate. Other party groups include the Aurora Township GOP and the Batavia Township GOP.
"Any and all forms of support which the 11th Ward Republican Party of Chicago, IL customarily gives Republican candidates, including but not limited to promotion in voter outreach efforts, is now revoked from Senator Mark Kirk and his campaign for the United States Senate. The Senator’s name will be removed, or otherwise redacted from all voting guides and materials that this body’s precinct committee persons distribute to their constituents," a two-page resolution accepted by the GOP group says. ...read more

Oswego, IL. - December 15, 2015
James Marter is pleased to announce the endorsement of Lake County Sheriff Mark Curran. Sheriff Curran is a man of integrity and principle; he is a champion of fiscal responsibility, government transparency and justice with integrity
Sheriff Curran states, “Exactly seven years ago, today to be exact, December 15, 2008, I switched to the republican party because the democrats did not represent me anymore. I chose to switch to a party that I hoped would continue to defend freedom. I did not switch to be in a party that will protect one of its own, regardless of what they have done while in office. Mark Kirk may have spent significant time attending to the needs of the Cook County law enforcement, but has done nothing for the Lake County Sheriff’s office. I am supporting James Marter, because he is a family man, business owner, proponent of the 2nd amendment, and pro-life. James is the type of candidate that the founders envisioned, "a solid member of our community, and not a career politician, so therefore, I wanted to be the first elected official in the state of Illinois, to endorse James Marter for Senate.”
As the Lake County Sheriff, Mark Curran has implemented sound financial budget practices, that has for the past consecutive eight years kept the Sherriff’s department expenditures under budget. Sheriff Curran has also been instrumental in the Lake County Sheriff’s office working closely with the local States Attorney’s office to reduce the number of outstanding warrants to the levels since 2005.
James Marter is running for United States Senate to represent the state of Illinois; he believes that the time is right to send a Senator to Washington D.C., whose first interest is the Liberty, and Security of the American citizen taxpayer. Someone that will represent Illinois fairly, ethically, and with integrity
Interested parties can join U.S. Senate Candidate James Marter, and Sheriff Mark Curran at Morgan’s Restaurant in Libertyville, at 3 p.m. today. Sheriff Mark Curran can be reached at, 847-721-3189 for further inquiries regarding his endorsement.

“The 2016 election cycle is a critical time to elect lawmakers at all levels of government who pledge to stand with taxpayers against uncontrolled spending and crippling tax policies,” said Jim Tobin, president of Tax Accountability and Taxpayers United of America.
“Tax Accountability is pleased to endorse James Marter for the United States Senate in the March 15, 2016 Illinois primary. Mr. Marter has pledged to oppose any tax increases Congress proposes and to support economic freedom by working to decrease the overall tax burden of taxpayers. Mr. Marter has expressed an exceptional desire to fight taxes and support economic growth in Illinois and across the country. I urge voters to support Mr. Marter’s candidacy and help send a tax fighter to the United States Senate.”
